Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Legacy Wellness Skin and Nails. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: Rescheduling Appointments: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment or fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, your service may need to be shortened, and the full-service fee may still apply. Policy Agreement: By booking with Legacy Wellness Skin and Nails, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
