By using this website or booking services with Legacy Wellness Skin & Nails (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:

Services
We provide cosmetic skincare, facial, nail, and body treatments at Ritual Treatment Collaborative, 157 Portsmouth Ave, Unit 104, Stratham, NH 03885. All services are cosmetic and not medical treatments. Results vary; no guarantees are made.

Liability & Consent
Cosmetic treatments (chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, pedicures) carry inherent risks such as irritation, redness, peeling, minor cuts, infection, or hyper/hypopigmentation. Clients must complete intake and consent forms before services. Clients assume all risks associated with treatments and agree to follow aftercare instructions. Legacy Wellness Skin & Nails, its providers, and Ritual Treatment Collaborative are not liable for outcomes, except in cases of gross negligence.

Health & Safety
Clients experiencing illness, contagious conditions, or infections are asked to reschedule appointments. All clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, medications, or relevant medical conditions prior to services. Failure to disclose may increase risks, and clients assume responsibility for related outcomes.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

Minors
Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide consent for services.

Photos & Marketing
Any before-and-after photos taken during services will only be used with written client consent.
​
Gift Cards
Gift cards and service packages expire 2 years from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited.

Website Use
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of website content is prohibited.

Booking & Rescheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or website. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior without penalty.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations ≥48 hours before the appointment: full refund. Cancellations <48 hours or no-shows: 50% of the service total will be charged.
​
Late Arrivals
Services may be shortened if you arrive late; the full service fee may still apply.
​
Payments
Payment is accepted online or in-person via credit card, PayPal, or other secure platforms. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
